After attaining my doctorate in pharmacy, I went on to complete a pharmacy residency at Upstate Medical University Hospital in Syracuse, followed by a post-doctoral fellowship in renal pharmacotherapy from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Upon completion of my post-doctoral training, I accepted a faculty position at D鈥橸ouville School of Pharmacy. I teach in various courses within the school of pharmacy with a focus on topics involving the pharmacological management of kidney disease. In addition to my faculty role, I practice as a clinical pharmacist with the UBMD Pediatric Nephrology group at Oishei Children鈥檚 Hospital in Buffalo, where I support the medical team with making pharmacological interventions and precept D鈥橸ouville pharmacy students on their ambulatory care clinical rotations. I remain engaged with the broader professional and research community through my membership in several societies including the American College of Clinical Pharmacists, American Society of Nephrology, and American Society of Pediatric Nephrology.
